He told them that he didn't have a weapon, nor had he ever been in possession of a weapon. I told him to hang up and not to worry. I was sure that I could make the desk sergeant understand that a mistake had been made. I was in tears pleading with the ser-geant, trying to explain that the officer picked up the wrong per-son. He basically told me that there was nothing he could do. He was very busy and the bail was $50,000 to get my son out.

Because of that knowledge, I didn't have to come up with bail for $50,000 or have to bear it while my innocent son spent time in jail waiting for a court date. I thank God for this company.
